TCG BOOSTER POD – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products from a TCG Booster Pod vending machine, website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our services.

2. Products Sold

TCG Booster Pod sells sealed trading card products, collectible card products, accessories, and related merchandise.

Products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Trading card booster packs
  • Trading card boxes
  • Promotional packs
  • Mystery packs
  • Card accessories
  • Collectible merchandise

Availability may vary by location.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Cards

Trading card products contain randomized contents.

TCG Booster Pod does not guarantee:

  • Specific cards
  • Card rarity
  • Card value
  • Graded cards
  • Investment returns
  • Future appreciation

All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.

4. Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of collectible products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be provided for opened products.
  • No exchanges will be provided for opened products.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Machine malfunction
  • Duplicate charge
  • Product not dispensed

Proof of purchase may be required.

5. Product Condition

Products are sold as received from manufacturers, distributors, or approved suppliers.

TCG Booster Pod is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer packaging defects
  • Factory collation errors
  • Print defects
  • Damage caused after purchase

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

We do not store complete credit card information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate.

7. Age Requirements

Customers under 18 years of age should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Booster Pod shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Loss of card value
  • Consequential damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Speculative investment losses

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

9. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

TCG Booster Pod is an independent reseller and vending operator.

TCG Booster Pod is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or partnered with any trading card manufacturer, publisher, game company, entertainment company, sports league, athlete, celebrity, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated in writing.

All trademarks, logos, product names, character names, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

Any references are used solely to identify products available for sale.

10. Availability and Pricing

Prices and inventory may change without notice.

Products may be removed or substituted at any time.

11. Machine Downtime

TCG Booster Pod does not guarantee uninterrupted machine operation.

Machines may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Inventory replenishment
  • Network outages
  • Hardware failures

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
